Services

All of our sunday services each have a strong emphasis on clear and relevant Bible teaching and a balance of contemporary and traditional music.

Morning Services - Sunday 10.30am

Worship Band at the 10.30am service

In the morning service we have ‘Sonseekers’ for children and young people and a creche for 0 - 3s. Children start in Church with their families and then move off to their own groups in the Parish Centre. Once a month there is normally an ‘All-Age’ Service when everyone worships together. Coffee and tea are served after the Morning Services. The music throughout is led by a band.

Evening Services - Sunday 6.30pm

Evening Services follow a more varied pattern although they tend to be quieter and more reflective. They are also welcoming and friendly, often with an opportunity to ask questions straight after the talk. See the programme card for occasional special services in the evening.

Other Services

On every Wednesdays at 10.00am there is a Holy Communion Service.

On the 1st Sunday of the month there is a Traditional Holy Communion Service at 8 am.

Newtown Kings Church meets at St. George’s Hall in Kendale Road for an Evening Service at 6.30 p.m. on Sundays. Further information is available from Keith and Ann Barnard on 424329.
